Terms and Conditions
1. All prices quoted are valid for 10 days from
the time of the enquiry.
2. To secure a price a firm booking must be made
within 10 days of the quote.
3. A standard journey is from one pickup address
to the airport or destination or vice versa.
4. Waiting time is only charged when we are requested
to wait over and above any appointed departure time by the client.
5. All bookings are accepted in good faith with
reasonable attempt made to get passengers to their destinations
on time.
6. We do not accept any responsibility in any
way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e; traffic delays,
accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any other
unforeseen circumstances.
7. No responsibility for costs are to be refunded
to any passengers who does not wait for their driver and takes
alternative transport or leave the airport.
8. In all cases where a meeting of the driver
has not been made, clients are asked to call the office number
for clarification and to be advised of the drivers whereabouts.
9. Clients supplying incorrect information and
resulting in an unnecessary journey being made by the driver,
will be charged the appropriate fare and re-charged for returning
to collect at the right date and time.
Please ensure that you give us your arrival times and
day into the UK, not your departing information. If you have a
serious delay on your return journey please let us know.
All additional parking costs at the airports or other carparks are chargeable to the customer over and above the agreed price in the case of unforeseen delays to pickup time.
